When Scott & Deborah Green purchased the property that is now Old Bison Ranch, they knew they had a special property to share. Arrayed with massive 200 year old pecan and oak trees, the Green’s saw what the early settlers saw: paradise! This property and surrounding properties were sought out by early settlers in the early 1940’s, where one of the earliest settlements in North Texas was founded. The proximity to water, Chambers Creek and many springs and the fertile alluvial bottoms make for a productive piece of land. Come enjoy paradise with us!
